so i am just board at work and wondering what one you guys have, and if it has broken yet.

i have been fixing allot of broken 360's lately, and have yet to see a broken ps3.

Happy 360 owner and never had a problem. My build date is 11/07. I hear the ones in the last half of 07 to now are far more reliable. And I always now buy my games on ebay used for a fraction of new at the store.

My PS3 is great! I have never had a problem with it. :D

My first XBOX 360 got the dreaded R.R.O.D. :bawling:

My second one, an "Elite", has been flawless. Not to mention that I got a great deal on it! :deal:

if it is the red lights of death, then ya that:thumbsdow but they can be fixed for like $5 in supplies.:D

but the new ones are quite nice, they have all the problems fixed, and a even newer quieter dvd drive, made by BenQ the brand of my projector:)

We just got a PS 3 about a month ago. Not so much for the gaming, but more-so for the blue ray player. Choice was narrowed down between the PS 3, ro the X-Box. Selected PS 3 because individual review showed PS 3 has higher reliability than X-Box, and, again, for the blue ray player.

So far, so good.

I have an old Nintendo Game Cube. It's about 7 years old, maybe more, and it's been used by my 2 kids. But I will have to buy them a new one this summer, because games for the Game Cube are no longer available.

I have the 60 gig PS3 with backwards compatability to the PS2 & PS1. I got it in March of '07 and no problems with it yet. I'm a little worried because I heard that they aren't making the PS3 to be compatable anymore. So if mine breaks I'm screwed.

7 friends w/ 360's...all have experienced the RRoD with them, but had prompt turn around on mail in and receiving a fixed box from M$ ...

I just added a PS3 to my 360 this weekend. I mainly wanted a blu ray player and to play the game Metal Gear Solid 4 which is just as amazing as all the critics say.

The PS3 is a bargain compared to the 360 as you get a bigger hard drive, blu ray.
