I got new rims without the tpms sensors on the new wheels, so therfore the tpms light came on. I pulled the fuse on under the dash that was labled tpms, but the the light is still on. Is there a another fuse for tpms? how can i turn off tpms? please help

the TPMS sensors has two kinds of warnings -- one with the "tire" symbol and the other with just the "TPMS" light on.
we all know what the "tire" symbol means. the TPMS light on without the tire means that the TPMS system is malfunctioning as it is not getting any signal from the sensors. unfortunately, this system is connected to the VSA and the ABS system and will affect their performance -- or so said the service tech i talked to when i got my TPMS reprogrammed to recognize the new sensors that came with the OEM EX-L wheels.

Sorry, I'm not sure what that means. Anyone know what the advantage/disadvantage is to disabling VSA?

With the TPMS light on.. The abs still works :) I had to stop fast in the rain. And VSA still works I took a corner to fast and it pulled the car back straight.
