I have seen a ton of Acura MDX's latley with the fog lights as the Daytime Running Lamps..

Anyone know how to wire it? Or make a harness ? For our Accords EX's?

Well technically the MDX has 4 bulbs between the two "fog light" housings. One set is solely for the DRLs and the other set is for the fog light function.

It's possible to get your OEM fog lights to act as DRLs but custom wiring and a custom module will be required. Maybe you can wire your fog lights so they turn on with ignition but even then, they aren't real DRLs. No one will really know though. Just an idea...

I assume that you were looking to either avoid the lens burn-in that seems to come from some DRL's being on all the time, or maybe to just have a different look? If so, here is another thought (if not, sorry I don't mean to jack the post)........

I was interested in something different for my DRL's and this is what I am considering; PIAA makes a white/blue LED called DENO. I have already disconnected my DRL's by pulling the fuse, but the PIAA DENO consumes hardly any wattage, so it could be wired in as constant hot with the ignition, functioning as a DRL and also an LED running light when the headlamps are on. I am thinking that it would give the car a similar appearance (lighting wise) to the newer Audi's with the white LED DRL's............

I was thinking the same thing, a different look and not have that burn in. I will pull my fuse today. But I do sort of want a running light of sorts.. Maybe there is a spot for a city light that has not been used in the US market. I will look closer once I get my new headlights :)
