Has anyone found a good way to power an XM Roadie XT? It comes with a cigarette plug adapter, but I was hoping to hide the power connection and I didn't want to use any existing cigarette plugs (center console or by the storage bin).

The XM unit will go into the storage bin under the radio and mount on a home kit base. The unit will connect via a AUXHOND3.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Car is an '05 LX with a basic one disc CD player.

Thanks!

get a Female Cigarette Lighter Adapter (best buy, circuit city, radioshack). plug the cigarette plug into it. hardwire that plug to the 12v/gnd wires from either of the 2 cigarette plugs in your center console (pocket or center armrest pocket)

Whats the best way to splice into the factory wiring while doing the least amount of damage?
