Only 1000 more miles until my car turns 50k miles. I plan on changing the oil and the MTF fluid myself to save some money. I found tutorials to complete both changes, but I don't know what to do with the oil and the mtf fluid after I drain them into separate containers. What do you all do? I live in MA btw.

You can bring them to the local lube outfits, or recycle station in your municipality, you shouldn't be charged with any fee as these are considered hazardous material and municipality encourges people to dispose them properly and safely.
Should be able to find them in Yellow Page or White Page under local government listings.
drink em. hahaha.
I take my oil to autozone

No they do not. Many auto parts places take recycled oil.
no they don't charge. it's funny though, they have these huge arrows that say "used oil" and you follow it back to this container, but they get super butt hurt when you pour it in. why show me the way if I'm gonna need to walk all the way back to the front so you can put it in there for me?

Treat MTF as regular used engine oil when recycling it - any oil recycling center will take it no problems, they're basically the same thing.
