Did a search, couldn't find this info....

Although I really like the lines of the car without the door side molding, I know that they are going to be a magnet for door dings. I looked around and found a set of color matched Honda moldings from h & a accessories online, but I'm not sure about how they will look installed.

For the folks that may have side moldings on their car - do you like them? Any pics?

I'm glad that I purchased them. Got them on eBay from a dealership in PA.

Thanks very much for the pics and the info. Although I like the clean sides of the car, I can live with a set of the moldings, they may help take a few bumps along the way. I had also found that ebay dealer and will probably get a set from him, good feedback on the color-matched sets he has sold.

The other step that I am taking is to get the 3M clear bra installed on the front of the car, have seen lots of good info on doing that. Tired of the fronts of my cars looking like they have been through a war zone.

Other than keeping the car in a box that's the best I can do for a daily driver!
Appreciate the info.

Just a follow-up...

I went ahead and ordered a set from H&A. I did find a set on ebay but from an independent seller, not a dealer. Their price was $128+S, I paid $158+S. At first look the $30 savings looked tempting, but I found that the ebay set uses Putco aftermarket moldings that are painted by a third party. They did not know who does the painting. Putco does a lot of truck molding and accessories, nothing bad about them, but here is why I decided on the OEM Honda moldings.

My hobby is car resto stuff and as a result I have painted a lot of parts and vehicles. What I have found is that good prep and a good paint system is crucial for good looks and long life.
The Honda OEM moldings are factory prepped and painted, meaning that they are a base/clearcoat system with the flex additive applied in a controlled environment. Their paint match is also more exacting as you would figure a major car mfg would need to be to stay consistent from vehicle to vehicle.
The aftermarket moldings might also be the same finish, but I can't verify that. They may be a single stage urethane which is ok, but not quite as good as the factory application. If there is no flex additive, that is asking for cracked paint if the moldings are wacked a few times.

Initially both sets of moldings may look fine, but I wanted to do everything I could reasonably do to ensure that 5 or 10 years from now the moldings still matched the car. With that in mind, the $30 price difference did not seem to be that great in the long run. This may all sound too involved for some door moldings, but to me the key has always been in the details :)

I actually like the way they look on our cars. However, at the moment I do not have them on my car. I may install them soon though. Haven't decided yet.

Just some feedback on the now-installed door molding I got from H&A Accessories.

Shipping and packaging was top-notch, well protected.
Installation was a breeze with supplied templates.
The door moldings were indeed Honda OEM, color matching was perfect.

The more I look at them on the car, the more they look just fine to me. If you are on the fence about adding them I highly recommend using the factory moldings. Total cost with shipping was about $164, if they can stop a few dings along the way, well worth it.

I think they make the tall door seem shorter and sportier.

IMO, they really distract from the beauty of the car. I got door ding insurance instead. Keep in mind they will not always prevent door dings as doors are of various sizes, shapes and height. I've gotten plenty of door dings on cars with moldings. I think they are completely useless.

I agree with Fish Hunter -

I have these on my White Diamond sedan and they break up the slab-sided look nicely. Don;t get me wrong, the car is attractive as it comes from the factory - and protection is the reason I installed them, but I personally like the looks better too.
