When I start up my car, the belts have started squealing pretty good at first. It doesn't squeal any time when I'm driving, only at first start up and will go away if I bump the gas once or twice. Has all new belts and a new alternator. Wrong tensioning maybe?

squealing = slipping
check your adjustments and make sure you have not "glazed" the belts.
