From what I have searched and read it is my understanding that the front speakers are crossed over at the amp...meaning there are two sets of wires coming OUT from the factory amp...one set to the tweeter and one to the midrange. Is this the case?
So if I want to grab a full range (minus the OEM equalization)signal I have to grab it BEFORE the factory amp? Is there enough voltage from this signal to go through a HI/LOW convertor and then into my RS 600/4 amplifier? Are there any issues with this scenario?
I want to hear how this sounds before getting the cleansweep or 360.1
Lastly...does anyone know where I can get a look at the wiring diagram for the factory amp? INBOUND and OUTBOUND wiring schematics?
