Does anybody have procedures and specs for checking the valve clearance on a 99 Accord Ex V6?

It's basically:
-cold engine (less than 100f)
-intake .20-.24mm (.008-.009in)
-exhaust .28-.32mm (.011-.013in)

you have to remove the front cam cover so you can line up each cyl's TDC with the marking on the back cover.
