I came by here for the first time this morning.....and since I know Wards pretty well, I thought I'd help spread the word.
To the best of my knowledge, there really isn't a good forum around dedicated to Honda's most popular vehicle, so I think you've got a winner here :)
All the best of luck for this site! I'll be making this one of my regular stops :)

Tim, thru honda.pilot.org. My plan is to educate my 69yr old dad into becoming a member here (a massive undertaking). He just purchased an 03 EX-L (his third Accord) and would likely have valuable input- if his computer literacy improves.
Additionally, several of my co-worker buds drive Accords, and I plan on giving them a heads up.

Am I the last to hear about everything? I saw Wardsweb's post on OdyClub and checked out his profile since he was from TX too. I checked out the link in his profile and poof, I'm a member. :D
BTW, congrats on becoming a grandparent and on the site. What part of TX are you from, Wardsweb? I'm in Houston.

I heard about this site from a friend of mine in Mass. who referred me to Tim at HondaAcuraWorld.com. Since then I've been posting this forum's address on other forums including Edmunds.com to get the word out. The more members and the more postings, the more information for us all to work with!
I been enjoying posting and reading all the messages!

Be careful when posting URLs on Edmunds. I've had members banned from Edmunds for mentioning my site.

Hi all,
Found out about this site from clubtsx fourm. Nice site I should say laid out similar to the good Honda - Acura sites. We needed an accord fourm such as this strictly for accords. I am purchasing an 03 coupe soon... look forward to speaking to you all.

I've been on the AcuraMDX.org forum since Feb 2002 and just now learned about this forum following a link to Tim Poliniak's HondaAcura site. We purchased a new Civic last week for our daughter (first car) and ordered a new Accord to be delivered within the next few days. I have enjoyed the wealth of information on the Acura forum and I am confident that this group will be just as informative.

FYI Wardsweb - posted this message on yahoo groups a few days ago:
Date: Tue Oct 7, 2003 8:49 pm
Subject: a different Accord resource
I don’t know how many people have seen this site, but
it is similar to the Yahoo Groups but it is
specifically for the Honda Accord. I’ve used both of
these sites while making the decision to purchase my
new Accord. The site sites address is:
http://www.driveaccord.net/. We’re trying to building
up the membership and interest to talk about accord
specific issues. What I like about Drive Accord over
the yahoo group is they way the conversations are
threaded – instead of lump summaries.

I don't remember EXACTLY how I came across this site... We are members on the Pilot one, but that wasn't where I found it. THINKING.....

I was specifically looking for Accord forums, because Honduh.com just wasn't cutting it for me. I was talking about 120K maintenance and dealerships when they were talking about the best shock/spring combo for an 01 Accord EX-L 5speed 2 door on 18" rims with a turbo kit and 300lbs of audio equipment in the trunk....

I can't remember exactly, but I think I got here from a link in V6performance.net. I remembered I was lurking here for a while and was thinking, Wow! These people really know a lot of technical info about the Accord! That's when I decided to register.
Did I mention this forum is the best?! It's like the condensed version of V6P.net or clubsi.com with only good information and where everyone is willing to help!

Through Google. Of two others I looked at, one was pretty specialized for a non-mechanic like me, and another seemed largely to revolve around statements by xenophobic rednecks. I find this site very enjoyable, even if some things are over my head (e.g., out here in Calif. I'd never heard of PVEC).

Did a Goooooogle Search "Honda Accord Forum"
I think it was the third one listed.
Best one out there, by far. I had joined Honda-Acura dot net, but this one's a ton better. Navigation is great (I'm used to this Forum software), traffic decent, and there seems to be many knowledgeable people here that actually help versus post:
