Hello all, I'm a new Accord owner and love driving my new vehicle. I do have one question though. It seems that when slowing down for say a stop light, it seems to downshift pretty harsh from 3rd to 2nd and from 2nd to 1st. I'm probably just being picky, but everything else seems so smooth. Is this just an Accord thing, or is this something I should be worried about.

It's definately "feelable"!!

I feel the downshift, but not too harshly. The A/T doesn't seem to just float into neutral like some A/T's do when slowing down. I'm still getting used to a Honda A/T since all my experience is with
GM A/T's (stock and B&M modified).

Hey if you're in doubt, go drive another EX V6, it'll tell you for sure. Heck, go for a few joy rides at a few dealers to make sure that it isn't just a manufacturing defect in a batch that they haven't caught yet.
