I just bought a 2005 V6 coupe with the 6-speed. The car is mechanically sound, but the previous owner let a lot of little things fall apart over the years. I have ordered parts to take care of most of it, but I need a little help with removal and installation of the driver's side door sash molding. It had a wind deflector stuck to it with 3M foam tape. I was going to just remove all the tape residue, but the molding itself is in prety bad shape.
The offending part is illustation 7 (MOLDING ASSY., L. FR. DOOR SASH) on this page http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/auto/jsp/mws/prddisplay.jsp?inputstate=5&catcgry1=ACCORD&catcgry2=2005&catcgry3=2DR+EX+V6&catcgry4=KA6MT&catcgry5=MOLDING-SIDE+SILL+GARNISH
Is there a service manual (other than the factory one $$$) that shows how to remove the trim peice?
Thanks.
