Bought 99 EX 5M, what next?

Okay, just bought a 99 EX 5M with 109K on it. Car and engine are in great shape, but I think it needs just a *bit* more. Anyone know where to get clear corners for the rear? Not the altezza style, but the stock red lights with just chrome/clear turn signals. Also, any suggestions for headlights? Not too concerned about them but if I find something nice and it's a good value I'd buy it. In terms of performance, anything cheap I could get for the engine? Looking for 160-170 HP, spending less than 1K. Must be civilized, and not too loud or harsh. That means uh ricer exhausts are out. How loud are headers and a AEM CAI? And then...how good are short shifters? How do they work? Do they do damage? Are they worth 70-150? What about the stereo, can I fit a double din head unit in my EX? And finally...I have a noise coming from the front. It sounds like a CV boot is torn...but it comes even when driving in a straight line...gunna cost a bit to fix? TIA

One last question...where is the headlight vertical adjustment gauge? I messed it up bad, and now I can't find the gauge so I don't know how to fix it.

Basically if you want cheap, then you should go with OBX Racing. It also depends on where you live. In CALI, where i am from, we have to worry about smog and cops, SOOO we have to buy AEM or anything street legal.
With non street legal intakes, you can always go with any brand since they just copy other designs. But remember, there is no replacement for quality.

For exhausts...I love the GReddy system. They are one of the nicer sounding exhausts out there.
