PCV Valve

Why is a PCV Valve for an '01 Accord EX $18.98 from Honda and a Deutsch brand from Auto Zone is $2.99?

Is this just over pricing by the dealer or is it that much better?

I'm sure the Honda part is better but 6 times better? I doubt it.

If you plan to replace it with "tune-ups" go with the aftermarket....

Honda ones ARE over priced, but they are better.....

Time after time my prince has gone to remove the aftermarket ones & they fell apart....in pieces! If after using a cheap one, & your car is over revving, that would be the first place you'd look!:)
