Wardsweb, I choose to believe you are talking about our vehicles, so thanks!

Bean, I caught the possible inuendo. I was honestly surprised it came from an
"admin".

In case you're curious, Belle got her name from the sound the NAVI makes before speaking. And Tinkerbelle is my hero, so MY car is Tink. Tinkerbelle is spoiled & sassy, tiny with strength.... since I'm 4'11", & VERY spoiled, it seemed right for my car to bear her name. Her color being how I would discribe the Summer night sky right before the fireworks start & associating Tinkerbelle with the fireworks at Disney locations helped the name come right along too.

I've got a 1955 Chevy Belair we just call "Bel".

As for the "pair", of course it was about the cars and yes it was skirting the edge. I appologize if I have affended anyone. At my age, not many things bother me anymore. Ok, now everybody group hug... :grouphug:

As for "admin", yes I do that. I also, pay the bills, write the code, create the graphics, design and I have a real job too. :(

Wardsweb,
No offense. I had noticed the possible double meaning, but would not have said anything if Bean hadn't mentioned it. Being new, the thought was that maybe he knows you better & a pattern may have already been set.

We name most of our vehicles. Usually according to their personality, not ours. Somehow it makes them more user friendly. With the cars & other stuff getting so many bells & whistles, we need them to be user friendly!

The highschool "hotrod' was a '67 Olds 442. She was dubed "Rhino Chaser" by a friend. He was into Mustangs & the has been a friendly fued for nearly 30 years about it. The 442 was huge & green, so somehow Rhino Chaser ended up being the name. She passed anything except a gas station! Ahh... those were the days..... gas was 30 cents for the high octane.....& the octane was higher then.... Once (in the USAF) we got our hands on a tank of jet fuel.... she loved that stuff!

I see these forums as mostly entertainment, some information. So I try to be pretty light hearted about what I read. I got a great laugh on the Pilot board when an MDXer wrote in rudely to get a rise. Friendly competition..... it's fun!

A Belair named Bel fits nicely!
