It seems like a new noise though I can't say for sure it hasn't always been there. It is a constant hum- one clear pitch and seems to be coming from the right side of the engine. If you know of a related problem or what normal function may be causing it - I'd appreciate any information.

It's intake resonance - I have this same humming noise on my car - very noticeable after I removed the intake silencer. it doesn't bother me to be honest :dunno:
