Search *is* really useful, the information you were looking for is in the Accord Instructions forum, I did a quick search with "headlight removal" as keyword and found http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/showthread.php?t=15370&highlight=headlight+removal in less than a minute in the 2005 sub-forum, I have to assume it should work for you regardless if your car is a 2003/4/5/6/7.
