But do you like Zappa?

i have a cheap Walgreen's model. its a mist type. only need it during cold snaps when the heat is on constantly. keep it in the bedroom. keeps the snoring and sleep apnea from getting to bad.

Got a Lasko a few years ago. It's a wick style humidifier. http://laskoproducts.com/humidifiers/model_1120.html
Getting zapped isn't so bad. Think of it as an alternative to caffeine. Zappa is all right, though Bowie is preferable when desiring "off beat" lyrics. Remember "putting out fire with gasoline?" :dude:

Have one on the furnace. Works pretty well.

Aprilaire 560 furnace installed bypass humidifier. It even has an outside temp sensor to reduce indoor humidity as the temp outside gets too cold. This prevents condensation in the house on exterior walls and windows.
Now they have the new models.

how did i know stiller was going to be the other half of the "loves getting zapped" response?
in all truth i used to have a humidifer (cheapo one from walmart) that i used whenever i got sick. but so much mildew and nasty stuff grew on the filter in a matter of days that i quit using it. :(
i could use a humidifer right now to help keep my throat from getting so dry and scratchy.... :bawling:

I liked the last option lol but opted for "What is a humidifier" because I never use one. It's pretty damp around here, mold grows behind my bed and on the windows...I don't think it needs to get any wetter lol

It's been wet enough here to have green bricks! My lawns are mush....
I was lying....I hate getting zapped..... I didn't know that using a humidifier would change that. I wish they had them in stores since that's where most of my zapping occurs! :(

Have two installed in my house..
One is another one of those cheap Walgreens ones and the other is a large 80 pinter that growls when it kicks in..
