Is there any way i can smooth out or fix my rims?? My wife scratched the right front rim on a curb!! The scratch is about 3" long... Any advice would be appreciated..

hmm, you can get em repaired but that will run you around 300$ or so, i would just look on ebay for a new wheel, and keep the damaged as spare, if it will fit...

Professional wheel-repair shops charge $100-$160/wheel to fix scratches, gouges, cracks, bends and then completely refinish/polish/paint/clear-coat/etc'.

If it's a minor blemish (scratch, curb-rash, etc'), just call a mobile wheel-repair service in your area. They'll fix-it easily and only charge you for what services they needed to perform.

If you're reasonably handy w/ basic tools, it's also a simply D.I.Y. All you need is a set of small metal-files, metal-filler (if-needed), metal-polish, and matching wheel-paint/clear-coat (if-needed).

dude ur going to get more wheels curbs in the future so why fix it now.. i know its ugly but spending $100-$200 to fix it and get it again is not worth it imo.. rotate the tires. like ^^ said u can use files to even it out but try it out on something first.. watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b41nLFO5enk
