This actually ain't that bad! I really don't like any of the aftermarket grills, not even the Japan spec Inspire one.

I'm planning on getting this and slapping on the "H" badge in the middle, hopefully it'll come out looking great. The only thing is I think I won't bother with the lower grill, it doesn't really look all that great.

There is a Inspire Mugen website that sells a bunch of things for the Accord Sedan, including a quad exhaust, front lip, and a few other goodies. The only problem is that you'll need someone to who knows Japanese or lives in Japan to get it for you.
