I searched and couldnt find much to help yet... I purchased a APEXi vafc2 for my 2000 accord 2.3 ltr vtec It didnt have the pin diagram I need which I believe is the f23a1 engine... If anybody has a suggestion or the info I need or has done this install I would be very appreciative for the help!!! Thanks alot :dunno:

What's another name for the ECU?? That isn't a Honda term, I can get ANY pin if I have THEIR term..... :dunno:

ECM/PCM should be what your looking for.

Its actually the pcm (powertrain control module) for honda automatics... I called it the ECU out of habit! Thanks!!!

Now understand by giving this info we're holding NO RESPONSIBILITY for this mod screwing up your engine or PCM! (My prince has had to undo the damage more than once at work)

One note: honda's wiring is viewed from the wire side, not the pin side.

Replace fried PCM's a few times. They cost about 800 from the stories I've heard. I think some people have managed to find a used one from a junkyard for less.

Here, I don't think they pass smog with this mod done. Some people have managed to undo the mod to get tested, then put it back.

I brought up the file you listed, I could only get the glossary... I tried the circuit index and clicked on some of the links nothing worked... Is the pin location listed on there if so how do I compare that number to my pcm/ecu? Thanks Alot!!!

Only the pages with the pins on them are supposed to work. The rest isn't going to work fo ryou because it's not connected to the Honda network & never will be! That's limited to to employees!

Install completed! Did not install the vtc cam signal wire (for i-vtec only hopefully) but car runs great, vafc2 seems to work all sensors read correctly!
I have to search more but if anyone knows of a dyno location list online I would love to see it, maybe find one closer than the other side of the state lol. Thanks so much for all the help!!!Couldnt have done it without that pinout Princess!!! :notworthy

Off to find a dyno to tune VAFC2 :wave:
