i have a 05 accord coupe 4 cylinder....

I wanted to go with 225.40.19's

How come a lot of people only do 18's?

If you go with 19's the wheels and the tires are going to be more expensive and the ride might not be as smooth as the 17's or 18's plus it adds extra weight to the car if you go bigger.

18's is a good compromise between looks and performance (lighter wheels); gives you a little more cushion for the tires.

17's are too small

and 19's are pretty prone to bends; depending on where you are (as I live in Los Angeles), I'm scared to run 19's no matter how good the brand is lol. I cant' understand how anyone can roll on 20's with low pros in los angeles :)


Either way, I feel 19's look great on accords (larger car); in some cases 18's might even look too small
