PLEASE HELP!

MY CAR overheated last night- for while now it has been loosing antifreeze but it never overheated. We put antifreeze right into the radiator last night and the resevoir but today the radiator looked empty. resevoir was max. Is It MY HEAD GASKET??!?@??

have the head checked out, also check your hoses. if it is the head you can get water into the motor and ruin it. check your radiator cap too. do you feel a loss of power when driving?
