On my recently installed tint on my windows, my driver's window makes a low pitched squeal most times when raising up.

Is this normal? Can I fix this?

No tint job should squeal, but it may be the lack of felt on the rollers or the window seal. I think there's a kit you can buy to correct this. The squealing will probably eventually lead to cuts/distortion on the tint...

It's probably Honda's 'legendary' quality control at work buddy. Tint shops don't touch you doors; they only squeeze the film about 1/8" lower than the seal. There should be a bracket with felt or a roller that holds the window to prevent vibration, and that's where your problem most likely is. You have to remove the door panel to investigate. And yes, do it now before you tear up or scratch your tint. Sorry for the bad news. Good luck.

2 days is fine as long as you park in the sun most of the day either way a tint job wouldn't do this, However when spraying the window there is water that may drip down in door which may cause something to squeak until it dries up. Give it a day or two if it is still doing it then go to honda or the tint shop.

Oh I waited about 4 days before I rolled them down.

Update: I cleaned both inside and outside of that window (soap and water inside) a couple of times and the squeaking seems to be gone for now. You can see a white residue on the window when the window is up. You know, the vertical lines from the felt of the window sill. I think that residue was causing the noise.
