Yes, it does work very well and I think the price is great.

The good: Easy install and you can connect it directly to the back of your radio. Excellent sound and it charges the Ipod.
Also, comes with a 3.5 cable connection for other mp3 players.

Cons: will not change the tracks.:dunno:

But, I think it is a great price and really easy install.
By the way, I do have an XM radio do I purchased the cable (y cable. sorry don't have the part # at hand)from Honda in order to keep the XM working. But you don't have to buy that cable if you don't use the XM. I am currently enjoying a 90 days free subscription.

I been so busy so I didn't have the chance to take pictures while doing the install.:notworthy

Ahh, I just ordered it after seen your post... I got a used ipod nano 3rd gen on eBay and this thing would be a perfect fit for my new nano.

Could you tell me if the volume through this aux-in for ipod will be much lower as to say listening to FM radio? Do you have to turn your volume over half way to be able to hear a normal volume?

I had XM years ago, and got bored of its repeated playlists... Good thing is after you stop paying them, they will try to call you and give you huge discount and more free month of listening pleasure :)

This is probably cheapest aux out add-on for a 04 accord lx...

Wow BlueBoy, thank you so much for this excellent finding!!!

I installed this thing in less than 15 min, it's basically plug in and play! Volume is excellent through the Ipod connector. If you don't want to charge your nano while in the car, you can plug the audio jack through the headphone out jack on the nano or iPod.

I love it, I just burned and removed all my cumbersome CDs in my car, gonna put them in my iPod now :lmao::)

I'm thinking of picking one of these up. Any tips on the install? Pics would be great.

How is the volume level on this adapter? I have a P.I.E. adapter on my pilot hooked up to the CD changer port and the volume level is horrible. I have to turn up the volume up about half way to get to a level where I can listen. Worst part is when I switch to the deck CD player...it's SO loud!!

Do you think it would work with the iPhone? It's just a aux cord right? Not a iPod connector..

Compatibility: Attaches your iPod to 2003 and up Honda vehicles. Standard iPod connection as well as 3.5mm auxiliary input for non-iPod MP3 players or other 3.5mm cable connection.

Worse case scenario you'll be able to use the 3.5mm auxiliary input.
I am guessing that at least, it'll charge the IPhone, just my opinion.

The sound is great. Let us know what happens if you go that route. Heck its only $50:thumbsup:

I have this and it works with the iPhone except it doesn't charge it.
