04 v6 coupe 6 speed. Stock suspension.. lookin at 19x8.5. Is this to wide? Will the tires rub in front when i turn?

Depends on the offset first & foremost! 8.5" is (barely) do'able w/ a precise offset.

There's a set of 19" x 8.5" rims that I want as well, but their offset of 35mm is too much as-per leading to likely fender/wheel-well rubbing! Sighhh. . .
