I took the forums offline for about an hour to upgrade our software to the latest version 3.7.3

This version will not allow your user name and password to match. For anyone who did have the same, you will be required to change your password.

I believe user's are referring to this: http://driveaccord.net/forums/images/buttons/quote.gif (the quote-button is blurry-pixelated).

I've noticed in the past that the 'tongue' smiley doesn't work, when clicked-on/selected, it appears as the 'blah' smiley. To get the 'tongue' smiley to work, the user has to right-click/properties/copy/paste/ . (not 'q', I replaced the 'g' so the tags could be seen)

Also, in the icon message selection (located below the post body, You may choose an icon for your message from the following list:), the 'angry' smiley doesn't appear, just the actual text: "Angry". . .

Again I'm a bit puzzled, as the image for me is crisp and clear. I'm not sure why the same image does not appear the same for all.

My QUOTE button is garbled also. I'm also getting a LOG OUT error.

I tried to clear my cache but that hasn't helped.

I assume that perhaps Wardweb's browser/cache/temporary-files has the cookie saved of the non-pixilated/garbled/blurry 'quote' icon...(?)

(I'm not eggactly Mr. I.T. by any means...)

And please, can correcting the 'tongue' smiley be addressed, it's perhaps my most preferred icon of all-time/anywhere/anytime!

Sincerest thanks, in-advance! Very appreciative of all the efforts/diligence of the site's admin' & mod's.

I re-uploaded a few smiles and icons. Let me know if you see anything else out of kilter.

I re-uploaded a few smiles and icons. Let me know if you see anything else out of kilter.Still an issue w/ this one:

:blah: = : blah :

While this is shown when More (http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/misc.php?do=getsmilies&editorid=vB_Editor_001) is clicked...

http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/3420/tonguewa1.png (http://imageshack.us)

To get this smiley: http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif , right-click -> copy image location -> paste

Clicking on it gives this: :blah:

I gotsta' have my tongue-smiley w/o having to right-click/copy/paste! :(

Ok so the quote button is now back to normal for me, but i am still getting the log out error (essentially it won't log me out of the site at all) ...

I am getting the message, "An error has occurred in attempting to log you out"
To log out click here .... Click here to log out ... I try and click the blue link and it starts all over again with the error ... :dunno:

QUOTE button looks good to me now.

Still getting a log out error . . . Clicking on the link below just brings you back to the same screen. Again, clearing cache has no effect. When I come back to DA I'm still logged in.

No big deal for me since I really never log out but I tried it when someone else mentioned it.

I never "log out".... but I did to see what would happen & got THIS:

An error occurred while attempting to log you out. Click here to log out.

Clicking there came up with the same thing.

No biggie for me, just thought you might want to know.

How do you log out? :D

princess

EXACTLY!!:lmao:

I had to figure that one out!

Maybe THATS the problem.... it's not :log-OFF!!

If you log ON, then the counter is log OFF
If you log IN, then the counter is log OUT

Right????

This seems to be an issue with our main entry page integration with the new vB forums upgrade. I will have to dig way deeper on this one. On the upside, there is no harm in you not logging out. It won't affect your computer for any other sites you may visit, as the cookie is tied specifically to Drive Accord.

Log out still not working, as it becomes a problem if you have 2 accounts on here ... (hence I could not log myself in with my GF logged in since logging her out won't work) ...

The only way so far i found to work around it is to clear all cookies etc and shutting down your internet if you have firefox after trying to log out . Seems to clear all memory and let you log in with new name ... :dunno:

This button doesn't work for me (ever, even in the past): http://driveaccord.net/forums/images/editor/removeformat.gif

I try toggling back-&-forth, to no avail. Anything amiss on my side?

I really-really want it to work (makes cut-&-pasting content & images very easy)!
