Not sure if there actually are any laboratories in the tri-state area. I have used Blackstone Laboratories www.blackstone-labs.com and Oil Analyzers, Inc. www.oaitesting.com
With both of them, you have to request oil sampling kits which they will mail to you and which you later mail/ship back to them with your oil sample. Both offered good service as far as my experience goes. Check BITOG (Bob is the oil guy) forums for more info.

Blackstone FTW. I've been using them for 8 years now. Very quick turn-around and they give you some information/advice on when to change the oil next time (granted you use the same fluid).
