I have my 03 under warranty and went to Bourne honda in scranton pa. they seem to care and their waiting room was clean and big. they even had free internet service and newpaper for u to read. Coffee was extra but still cheap.
I do not know how they behave once warranty runs out. But the people are very helpful and friendly at least in service and parts. I did not buy car from them. I was living somewhere else when i purchased it.
