We went on a mission trip for two weeks to Eastern Europe & visited a small country Moldova. It's between Romania the Ukraine. It's the poorest country in Europe. I did manage to get a few pictures (barely) of some cars while in the capital.

The first picture is what we travelled in while we were there. The following pictures were at a car show in the 2nd largest city.

We sure did. It was quite a bit different being in a 3rd world country, but well worth it. We wound up with an indoor bathroom with a tub that was installed Oct-2004. That was good, but I could see my breath while I was taking a bath. The water is not drinkable of course. Everywhere else we went, including the church, had outhouses. They didn't even have a bench like they did over here. It was just a hole in the ground. We actually took a picture of the roughest one.

can't say that i have been to moldova during my "carnival" cruises in the navy.....

probably not b/c it's landlocked.
