the brightest whitest fogs available would be the hid ones. other than that try the 135 W bulbs (output) available on the web.

Just for the record, neither bright nor white are necessarily ideal for a fog light if the goal is better vision in the fog. ;) Figured I'd say it before someone else did...

then what is ideal?? i always figured the reason fog lights were effective was because the light is lower to the road regardless of color or brightness. arent the effective since the light is closer to the road. and they will be used for just any night driving. the head lamps im putting in arent very effective unless i put an hid system in with it. the headlamps are 200 installed and the hid system is an additional 300 installed. figured id just go with additional lamps instead of upgrading what i already have.

The brighter the light the more it just reflects off the fog....giving a wall effect.... less with ones lower to the ground.... but still can be a problem....

You don't want fog lights, you want driving lights. Fog lights illuminate wide. Driving lights illuminate far.

the angle eye headlamps. my local accessory store has told me that you cant seen anything with them. when they are shipped to you the direction the lights are pointing are usually all messed up and very difficult to adjust. whether this is true or not i dont know... i just took his word

i couldnt tell you if that is true or not. i got my angel eyes from someone who had them in their accord.

i got piaa xtreme whites (110 w output) and the beam is pretty great i like it.

you dont need hids, you just need brighter bulbs thats is all. hid kit would be an h3 kit though. available on ebay.
