Yes, I realize it has nothing to do with your car but some things must be done.

Personally, it's a waste of money. I would rather give it to charity but that's just me.

If you must have one, how about: ACRDLVR

well my license plate is all manged up from an accident so i needed to order a replacement and since it cost the same to get a replacement i might as well just order a custom on thats all. If my plates were fine i wouldnt care

I'm not sure where you're at but in California, I believe a custom plate costs $150-$200 per year additional when you renew your registration.

im on the CA.DMV right now it says

Initial Cost: $41.00

I see. I guess I had the wrong information. For those prices, having a cool/cute custom license plates are justifiable.

It's a bit disheartening when a DA member started a serious thread asking for honest opinions from fellow members, yet received a number of sexually oriented and derogatory responses.

I deleted one such input from one inappropriate response (post #9) and pointed out this is a G-rated forum, then we get a really poor-taste post (#10), and then yet again there was a second sexually explicit act posted by the same person where I had deleted part of his first posting as mentioned above, I won't drag the second one out as he has since "wisely" deleted that second post himself.

We then have yet another derogatory posting (#37).......

DA prides itself as a mature and sensible user group, please do your part to keep it that way, rather than behaving in such manner that froced OP to delete this thread on the account that, in OP's own words, that it was getting ridiculous and he doesn't want to deal with immature individuals anymore.

Thank you for your cooperation.

And an early Happy Holidays to the DA members.
