Goto crutchfield, check out the master sheet. There are some small pop rivets on the top of it, and 3 screws on the bottom over the "not an ashtray" remove the little rubber liner on that, and pop the screws. should be pretty straightforward

Reviewed Crutchfield's directions for removing the Accord stereo. Wow, their directions for removing the upper vent panel will result in damaging the front clip, and possibly damaging the side of the dashboard. Here are the correct instructions from the Honda Service Manual. I have also included instructions for installing a CD changer in the center console which also explain removing the lower pocket.
