This is my first posting on this forum...so, Hello to all! I have recently noticed that my steering wheel has become way to easy to turn infact, I feel as if I am putting in an extra rotation or have the wheel locked to make a simple turn? I also notice a great reduction in the steering pressure when I come to a complete stop and when I check the position of the steering wheel in relation to the tire's position, they seem out of whack! I put on a set of Kuhmos 712 215 55 16s about a month ago but I don't think it's the tires. The steering just seems to be really easy to turn...I can easily do it with one finger? Reversing I only have a vague idea of how the car is lining up in a parking space. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.

I also have a problem with the car's rolling resistance. I have noticed that ever since I got my four brake disks replaced (under warranty) that there seems to weird dynamic where when I let off the gas the car feels as if I have applied the brakes...it slows down a lot quicker than I am used to? Especially going over speed bumps or heavy traffic...it almost instantly comes to a stop no need for brake application. It also seems that I have to give it extra gas to get moving...where in the past the car was really peppy and rolled so smoothly? I have had the tires off and the disks are wearing fine? I also noticed the same issues when I had my snow tires on?

It is obvious that you are the Honda Guru! Can you give me some advice regarding the problems with my I4? Thanks.

The steering just seems to be really easy to turn...I can easily do it with one finger? When I first had the Kumhos ESCTA712 Supras on my 'teg it felt like the steering got a whole lot lighter especially at highway speeds. Mind you, the 'teg's steering is a bit heavier than the 'cord, so you can't really turn it with 1 finger when stopped. While I can't be sure it's not your tires, I won't rule it out either. You may want to try putting on another set of tires on your fronts (like your winter tires) temporarily just to see if it is the Kumhos.

Have the dealer check your "guide rack" adjustment.

The steering wheel should only have 0-10mm of play.

Thanks for your responses. I will definitely check the tires and steering wheel adjustments.
