I was having a discussion with my friend and he was saying that even stock springs will sag almost an inch over a year or so till it sets in place... I was wondering if this was true

wondering if anybody has had their eibach in over a year to confirm a further drop from the original 1/1.2

well FWIW I had eibach's on my srt-4 and they definitely settled/sagged. I'd say over a 1.5 year period probably atleast 1/2 inch if not more from their original position. Also, i'm not sure if maybe Eibach has perfected the spring rate with our cars or what but my front struts ended up blowing on the srt.

that's my $.02

This is an interesting thread. I was torn between Eibach, H&R and the HFP, because of this very reason. If in fact the Eibach's sag are they not covered by a warranty against just this? Also, Pope stated that he went with H&Rs because he had heard the same thing about Eibach. Not sure who really makes Honda's factory parts and HFP. But would be interested to know. Seems to me if the spring company does warranty against sagging they should pick up the labor costs to remove the old ones and replace the new. I know asking to much. BTW the Eibach front camber adjustable ball joints are made in China. Why am I not surprised.

I never noticed sag in my car with my Eibach springs... Was 2" all around. I had them on my car for 9 months. When I pulled them off they were even. Sag could also be your struts wearing down too.

never heard of stock springs sagging before.

stock springs =/= eibach (after market) springs

Stock springs that been on my car 12 years are the same as before, same with my lowering springs, Only thing I can think that would vary the ride height is struts wearing a bit.
