I guess i phrased this wrong. When they had the SI meet, I guess a couple of the people at the meet scouted around the parking lot and came across my friends SI and popped off his emblem(he wasn't part of the meet and was in class). I think there was some other minor thefts that might have been reported to the campus police... So I'm not sure if they beefed up security or not.

my friends recently had a G35 meet there and it was fine, but if you guys want to do it somewhere else please recommend a place.

CPP (Cal Poly Pomona) has really tightened up its security. I don't know exactly how they feel about people having meets there, but I know they've been quite anal about things lately. My friend got ticketed for idling on a loading zone, waiting to pick up his friend. That's how anal they were about things...

The thing about the V6performance meet is still up in the air. They still don't have a location. The person that was setting up the meet has bounced. And knowone else jumped in to take care of the details. It would be nice to go to both meets. Ride up there together and rep the DA! But i'm not sure that it's happening.

I know that Autobacs is a pretty common place to have a meet. Another good place is the top of the Target parking lot (3600 Rosemead Blvd, Rosemead, CA).

btw... i think someone suggested earlier that we could meet at the parking structure near the old burlington coat factory on the corner of duarte and baldwin in arcadia. there arent a lot of people there and there are tons of parking spaces. and the upstairs parking lot (near joanns) has great lighting at night, plenty of parking, and its kind of hidden so we wont have too many outsiders checking out the cars and giving us trouble. just a thought.

Alright so i drove around puente hills mall and found the spot that was mentioned below it was okay but alot of cars drive around there and there are bigrigs parked around and since the burlinton coat factory is open there are still customers so i dont know how parking will be on the weekend.

eh I'm kinda iffy about us parking next to AMC at night - a lot of wannabe thug teenagers are there... we're gonna get hit up! haha but other than that good spot - still have to see if I'm working that day though

we the parking lot is located its not near the AMC entrances so we should be okay and also we are near out cars who would come and mess with it when we are just chilling near them.
