I was just messin' w/ you, all in fun! :D

Regarding mods' list, looks damn fine to me!

- for 6000K H.I.D.'s, good-quality kits & great support from our (2) forum sponsors: Xenon Depot (www.xenondepot.com) & Retro-Solutions (www.retro-solutions.com); another popular vendor is DDM Tuning (www.ddmtuning.com) for decent quality, low-priced kits. Hope you plan to do an H.I.D. projector retro-fit, before installing the after-market plug-&-play H.I.D. kit!

- for sport-pedals, check-out www.autovation.net (past group-buy thread here (http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/showthread.php?t=23851), but they offer a sizable discount-code if further inquired upon

- for rims, check-out the HFP 19" wheels(~$1300'ish/shipped)... they are priced very-well & look awesome on the 8th gen' Accord sedan

- for head-unit/GPS-NAV', unless you have an elaborate plan for a super-super sound-system (involving after-market speakers/tweeters, sub', amp, etc') look into the Pioneer AVIC F500BT (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/Navigation/Portable/AVIC-F500BT), it'll fit into the LCD-panel's slot above the climate-control (slight modification required) & then the pre-existing LCD-panel can be placed below the OEM head-unit where there's a storage-bin. This Pioneer AVIC F500BT offers many-many useful features (GPS-NAV', 5.8" touchscreen-LCD, lithium-ion battery for portability, SD-slot for up to 8GB+ expandable memory, USB Direct, mp3/video-playback, rear-camera feed, Bluetooth, front aux' input jack, voice-controls, etc'). All that's needed to connect to the OEM/stock head-unit/speakers is an aux' input-converter ($25-$75).

G/luck!

thnx man haha...im really just looking for a head unit with a IPOD connector...speakers are loud enough for me...in my old explorer i had the speakers subs all that shit and ive had enough of it haha...so im gonna go with the head unit with IPOD connector then get gps...as far as other mods im gonna go to my dealership tomorrow and ask them if any of the mods listed will void my warranty! haha

Congratulations...terrific car even in base trim IMHO...

I have a personal bias for the decklid spoiler rather than the wing...but to each his own...

BTW...here's a question...how much do you expect to spend on mods...why not invest that towards a superiors model in the first place...e.g. an EX...

thnx man haha...im really just looking for a head unit with a IPOD connector...You know there is an aux' input jack in the center-armrest storage bin that you simply connect your iPod to & then listen to your mp3/iTunes on the OEM/stock head-unit...!?!

... and if you want to see your iPod's scrolling-text & control it using the steering-wheel & head-unit controls (as well as charge it), you just need an aux' input converter (numerous offerings available) which connects your iPod to your OEM/stock head-unit.

Installin' an after-market head-unit is a rather endeavorous [sic] project on the 8th gen' Accord as the ergonomics of OEM center-console require an after-market dash/console kit, and even then the result looks rather unclean (in most applications), so to speak. . .

well...heres the thing...im splitting the monthly payment with my dad...and obviously gas is on me...im 20 years old...and tho a upgraded model may not have been that much more..i didnt want i huge car payment ...cuz i dont really get many hours a week at work....so i figured get the base model and spice that thing up...the most expensive thing i get will be the rims...whihc will prolly come this summer...only reason then is because ill have 3 jobs!....lol

Edit: i was thinking...lx model to the ex what am i really missing out on? i was still gonna get a 4cy. the ex has what possibly leather seats, sun roof, 20 more horsepower and alloy rims....thats bout it...im gonna have to upgrade the rims anyway..sun roof wouldnt have minded one horsepower...dont care for speed...so anyway i got it good cuz i can upgrade and have a cheaper monthly payment where as ex would have been higher then upgrades on top of that.
