forgive me for asking this in an accord forum, but it's a general maintenance question and I respect the opinions of the many knowledgeable members here. Here goes.... I was working on my gulp........ :paranoid: Nissan Frontier today and changed the differential fluid, manual tranny fluid, and flushed the radiator. Well the capacity for the radiator must be listed wrong, when I filled it back up I was going to fill it up 3/4 and top it off with the garden house. I ended up filling it all the way w/antifreeze. Does anyone know what the ramifications of useing 100% antifreeze are? :dunno: should I drain some out tommarow and add water?

Aha! capacities listed in the manual are correct, but they include the engine block too. I didn't account for the water left in the engine block. I'll get a hydrometer today to check the mixture. Now if I can just find a place that would accept all that used antifreeze, I probably have 25 gallons including all the flush water.

Typically you can put it down the drain, such as sink, & send it to your local wastewater treatment plant. Of course not down the sewer. Just call your local water treatment plant & ask them. It's such a small amount that it shouldn't phase any system of much size.
I did the same thing one time on my Pontiac. I didn't make that mistake the next time I change the antifreeze.
