I've started noticing a slight humming whining noise???
It speed (not RPM) related as I hear it as soon a s I start to drive, it gets louder with speed, till the wind noise becomes, louder than it is (highway speeds). Its slightly louder, when I listen to the rear of the car.
I thought maybe rear wheel bearings, but I expect they be getting worm, and the rim was cold after a 45 Mile drive.
I also was thinking it could be related to my new tires (It was not doing before. I got the same tires just the V6 size), as the sound goes away sometimes, and come a goes with road surfaces (or at lease makes it more hearable).
And, Hopefully not the trany (I change the fluid every 15-20K miles)...

Any thoughts...

It could be your tires. Different tires make different noises and some tires are louder than others. I have a friend who had this problem on his Explorer and I believe it ended up being the wheel bearings. Good luck!

Update.

Noise get loudest at 40 MPH. If I make a Right turn, it quiets down momentary during the turn.

I inspected the underneath. I Found nothing (problems).
Jacked up each corner, and spun each wheel - just brake pad noise (fount has extra drag, and some trans noise, likely normal).
Took it to the place I bought the tires, and they inspected, found nothing, and rebalanced - No/ little effect.
Going to the alignment shop next...

My guess is, rear passengers wheel barring...

Final update.

It was the rear right wheel baring. And now that its gone, it was kinda loud?

The bad news is my mechanic tried to get a known good quality brand, the same day, and could not. I had to settle on WorldPac brand. From my experience, not a quality brand. Back on my 1984 Accord, I had a WP water pump fail, within 90 days, and I had to pay for the replacement, and I almost had to sue WP, to get my money back, and I did not get my labor cost covered...
