Has anyone purchased one of these grilles? How easy was it to install? Did you need screws? I was hoping they had a pdf of the instructions on the Web site, but it just said their installation was quick and easy. I ordered the black in the race style the other day and was just curious what went into the installation. :dunno: Thanks in advance!

It comes with black zip-ties for the install. All you do is take off the front "H" emblem assy to gain access to the space between the condensor assy and the front bumper.
Have someone hold the grille in place while you place a few zip ties in place. Zip them from the back so you don't see the ugly part of the ziptie...
It looks great and saves the condensor from being punctured by a stray rock!
I got the black-diamond one from them...

Just like Tafettawhite said, it comes with thin black zip-ties. I have the sedan so I'm not sure if you have a coupe or not. If a coupe, not sure if the install is the same, but should be similar. Bought the black race style.
Installed mine by dropping it in from the top. To do so, remove the plastic cover between the radiator and the nose, and then slide off the graphite plastic grille. Remove the front license plate bracket (if you have one on the car). Drop the grille down and keep an eye on the condensor. Center the grille and start zip-tying. I placed the ties at the corners and the portion of the grill that's covered up by the front license plate bracket. The ties are hard to see, but didn't want to take any chances. Over all, it took about 30 minutes and I am happy to have the protection. Another benefit is that it improves the look of the car by sort of hiding the silver condensor, so when you look at the nose of my black car, the silver condensor doesn't jump out at you.

I was going to do the gutter grill mod to the wifes car. Seeing it red, Ive already put 2ea red leds hidden so they cast a red glow.

We finally got it on yesterday afternoon by taking off the H emblem and sliding it in from under the hood. I guess the hardest part was strategically placing the tie-wraps so that they weren't so visable.
Only a small boo boo though, the plastic screws that hold the bottom of the grille piece with H emblem on them broke when we tried to put them back in. Not to mention one out of four was not even on there when we took it off. The ourter plastic part of the screws just snapped with hardly any pressure. We got it back on and it's still secured by the screws on the top, but it looks like I will be heading to the dealer to get more screws. :headbash:

This looks great on my accord, I found a gutter guard at Home Dep. It has diamond cut out, flexible plastic and i sprayed it the color of the gray around the "H" and used black ties to hold it in place... No one would know any difference...
