About to pull my head unit to install the parrot blue tooth kit. Since I will need to disconnect the main harness to plug the quickconnect custom wiring harness in line, I will lose power to the head unit for a few seconds.

Does the 07 VP sedan require a code upon reconnecting power or not? I have read the LX models dont require a code, and I figure the VP would follow suit.

Anyone that can answer definitively? I bought it used and I have no idea where the code is if it is required.

If there is an Anti-Theft light on the stereo, it will have a code. If no light, no code. If it is a single CD model, no code.
