Just found the offstes in the tire & wheel section....03 accord offset is +55 1999 tl offset is +45........The extra 10mm will push the wheels out a little more but I think it will be ok..?????

I have the 03 TL rims on my car.. not sure about the 99 ... try one on before you buy them... and if it does work out post photos.

They will be fine. But why go backwards with rim Style. The EX should already have better the the 99 TL.

Maybe winter tires

OP check the center hub sizes. I haven't looked at those in a long time but I know they're different. I know they'll fit, what I don't know is if you'll need hub rings.

Thanks for the replies gentlemen. The rims on the wife's "new" accord have some curb rash, hence the changing of rims. As to going backwards in style I think the older TL rims look cool and the price is right......
I'll check into the hub sizes and if necessary pickup some hubcentric rings.

I'm a current member on 8thcivic.com and have a 2008 civic si 4 door and love it....I've put on a few minor suspension mods, rims, tires and a vibrant exhaust...I have plans to drop the accord and put on the front and rear TL sway bars and of course some good rubber on those TL rims(Falkens)....

According to the chart in the tire and wheel section, hub size for both rims is 64.1mm....Thanks again!!!!

A 10mm difference in offset is a significant difference - that is a nearly .4" difference. That is enough to possibly cause some steering issues.

The dreaded curb rash. What will protect the new rims from the same fate? I'm thinking really retro,

Don't worry about it, someone on the forum has done it before with pics. I just can't find it...but it's out there.
