Hey guys. I'm getting my PXAMG installed (at Best Buy, I know I know....I'm just not savvy). Anyways they have it all connected but are getting no audio out of my iPod or another they used also. They also tried another isimple device but got the same problem. I should mention I have a 8th Gen Coupe w/ Navi. Thanks in advance for any info!

First, make sure they do a firmware upgrade on the unit. I didn't on mine and I realized it might fix some of the bugs I have.

Which ipod do you have? Are all the functions working but just no audio?

I would contact Peripheral and see if they have an idea. They should know what is wrong.

Another thing I just noticed-Peripheral now has a cable that will charge the iphone and the touch. I guess when I buy the cable I will do the firmware upgrade and also add the hd radio module.

I installed this yesterday and it works as advertised, but I now have some wicked noise when listening to XM. It happens only on XM and is worse when the engine is running. Any solutions? Thanks.

What Ive seen in the past is after the initial install you may also have to reset the unit to calibrate it... if the unit has a din plug that goes to the orinal harness, unplug it count to 7 then plug it back in They had me hard-reboot mine after the initial initializatio and it was perfect...
