I recently purchased a TL switchblade key for my '03, I proceeded to get it cut by a local dealer and then consulted the DIY threads to program it myself. I successfully got my keys into programming mode and heard the actuators respond to all my keys including the switchblade. When I finished programming I removed my key and tried it out. My other keys worked perfectly but for some crazy reason the switchblade's unlock function doesn't work. The trunk button, and lock buttons both work but I can't seem to get the unlock button to work no matter how many times I've reprogrammed. Today I took the key to my local Honda Dealership and had one of the parts guys try it out. He found that he can get the unlock button to work in programming mode but then the second that the key is removed from the ignition it seems to lose that ability and function. After coming to this conclusion both of us are extremely confused so now I'm turning to you for any kind of ideas.

Press lock and unlock on the remote together. The LED will flash. This disables the memory seat function and then you are good to go.
