I got a quote for 225/40/19 Nankang ultra sport II tires $607.78 installed mounted and balanced. How are these tires as far as tread life is concerned? I live in FL so i would need a summer/ rain tire. Is 225/40 the best option if i have Tein S springs? would 235 fit or rub?

Treadwear is rated at 200 so I would estimate about 10,000 - 15,000 miles (max) from them.

Nankang has been around for quite a while. While their tires might not be as good as Michelin/Bridgestone/Yokohama/etc. (hence the price difference) they are decent tires if you're not a spirited/aggressive driver.

Off-topic, but somewhat related: these tires below need to be avoided at ALL costs!
