Does anyone know what car these came on oem and if maybe this guy just misposted the bolt patern because to me they look like a 5 lug. I was just curious if anyone knew so i could go see about them for my accord. I know the tires are shot but 500 for bbs is a good deal. Here's the link

He said "and i think the bolt pattern is 4" and 4.5".", not that it's 4-lugs, it just means there are two sets of 5-lug patterns, one for 4" dia. bolt pattern and one for 4.5" dia. bolt pattern, that's why there are 10 mounting holes on the wheel.

Adding on to Aviography, there's a 10-bolt on this, making it a universal 5-lug fitment. This would not come on any car as OEM equipment. OEM equipment is made specifically to the vehicle and would only have one ring of 5 holes at either 4" or 4.5"
