05 V6 W/Nav added amp have quwstion HELP

:dunno: :dunno: Add a jl 500/1 to stock unit. Sounds great until I start the car then speakers (subwoofer) make a rumble hmmm noise for a few seconds then go back to music.I have tried a lot of things re-wire, relocated ground , took out capacitor, ran ground strait from battery?????

I don't have an answer for you, but how hard was it running all that wire?
