Hi, I'm driving a Honda Accord 2007 model and am searching for a Remote Keyless Entry which I can access to the car by placing my thumb on the handle with a remote chip/key in my pocket like any Lexus or Nissan cars. Is it possible and where can I find it? Thanks!

You should already have a remote on the key itself, unless all you have is the gray valet key.

That's not what he's talking about. He's referring to being able to have the key in your pocket and have the door unlock/open for you.

Yes. I do believe OP is talking about the keyless go systems where you can have the "key" in your pocket and whenever you touch the door handle, the doors will unlock automatically and in some cases, you can start the car with a touch of a button. Unfortunately, the only Honda car that has it is the RL and the TL. I haven't seen anything aftermarket you can get though.
The commercial is just a commercial. Don't believe that stuff 100%. All the narrator said is that it has remote keyless entry...which basically are the same terms used back in the 1990s when remote keyless entry was still a luxury item where it has a remote with a few buttons for you to press to lock or unlock when you're still at least 15 ft. away from the car.
