HELP!! I need destructions on removing the plastic headrest tubes from both the front and rear seats. PLEASE???

You have to do it from underneath. When you have the seat back off, push your hand up there and there are squeeze tabs on the tubes.

Thanks 03, what about on the back seat? There is a giant metal plate all the way over the back of the rear seat?

I think you can push the cushion away a bit and get in there. I don't remember exactly how I did it. I was winging it for every step.
