Hey 91EX, Honda tech is good, but I performed all steps as mentioned but my idle is still fluctuating bouncing between 900-1800 rpm. any more suggestions would be appreciated. I also reset the ecu by pulling the fuse for 10 mins. no differance.

In 6 months the fuel could have gone bad. How much was in it when sitting? Have you put in fresh?

Princess, Thanks for the input all fuel was fresh, fuel tank was emptied and flushed prior to restarting. Also veh will idle perfectly when cold, I allowed it to warm up till fan cycles x2 ,when throttle is applied same problem will occur.

Sory I can do more. I'm chasing my own idle problems now and I'm pretty much out of options. Check for vacuum leaks. If you find that you need a new MAP sensor, I could sell you mine. I bought a new one and found out the old one was still good. You can't return electrical components after they've been installed.
If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

Done the vacuum checks, I'll keep the MAP sensor in mind if needed. thanks

I'm going to get gaskets and alot of parts cleaner today. I going to remove the intake manifold and clean it up good. I'm pretty much out of ideas here. Hopefully I can track mine done to a gasket leak or just build up in the upper intake passages. I'll let you know if there's any improvement.

What is "starting air valve"? Is that the air boost valve at the end of the intake?
